affectionately known as Rusty. A native of Beaufort, SC. Rusty has deep roots in our community, having graduated from Battery Creek High School and pursued his culinary studies at the Beaufort-Jasper Academy for Career Excellence. He further honed his skills at the Culinary Institute of Charleston.

Rusty has dedicated nearly a decade of his life working at Brays Island Plantation, where his hard work and determination truly did shine. With a passion for culinary arts, he felt it was time to share his expertise with the world, leading him to open his very own establishment, "The Rusty Bucket."

When he's not crafting delightful dishes, you can find Rusty enjoying quality time with his beautiful wife, Brunitta, who also plays an essential role as his manager lol, and their three wonderful boys. In addition, Rusty enjoys playing softball with friends, making the most of his free time.
